Privacy notice
Last updated: November 2026
This notice explains how personal data submitted through the demo request form on telaio.xyz is processed. It describes what this site actually does, not a generic template.
Data controller
The data controller is Telaio. To exercise your rights or ask for clarification, write to privacy@telaio.xyz.
What we collect
From the demo request form: full name, work email, studio name, team size, and — if you provide them — role, main challenge, and additional notes.
Minimal technical data needed to run the form and prevent abuse: the request IP address, date and time, submission language, and campaign parameters (for example utm_source) from the link you opened.
We do not collect special categories of data and do not ask for anything that is not useful to arrange the demonstration.
Why we process it
To answer your request and arrange the Telaio demonstration.
To prevent automated submissions and abuse of the form.
We do not use this data for newsletters or recurring marketing: if we introduce that later it will require a separate, non-prefilled consent.
Legal basis
Processing is necessary to take steps at your request before a possible contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). Security checks on the form rely on the legitimate interest of protecting the service (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Retention
Demo requests are kept for twelve months from submission and then deleted, unless legal obligations or an ongoing contractual relationship require otherwise.
Technical data used to rate-limit abuse stays in memory only for the limiting window and is not archived.
Recipients
The request is delivered by email to the Telaio team. The site is hosted on Railway and email is sent through Resend: both are technical providers processing data on our behalf.
We do not sell or transfer the data to third parties for marketing purposes.
Cookies and tracking
This site sets no profiling cookies and loads no advertising pixels or third-party analytics. Conversion events are recorded as local page events only, without personal data.
Your rights
You can request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, or portability of your data, and object to processing, by writing to privacy@telaio.xyz. We answer within the deadlines set by the GDPR.
If you believe the processing does not comply with the law, you can lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.
